Float your boat with this spicy Australian finishing sprinkle featuring Victorian kelp. Amazing on noodles, grilled meats, rice, veg dishes and soups. With medium heat, this is our all-natural Australian take on Shichimi Togarashi (seven spice), which is an incredibly popular condiment in Japan.
Known as the superfood of the sea, kelp is rich in iodine, antioxidants, and essential minerals, supporting thyroid function, reducing inflammation, and promoting overall metabolic health.
Ingredients: Aleppo pepper, dried Victorian kelp, black pepper, sesame seeds (black and white), tomato powder, ground ginger. Gluten free.
Always store with lid on in a cool, dry place.

We take food safety seriously. Our premises is registered for food processing with the Mornington Peninsula Shire and we test the water activity of all our products before packaging. We ensure a water activity level below 0.6 — a threshold that prevents the growth of bacteria and moulds. Hence our products are absolutely shelf-stable, safe, and of the highest quality. Note you should always keep our products stored in a sealed container in a cool dry place.
