Furikake was first developed in the early 1900's as a food sprinkle / topper to ward off calcium deficiency and malnutrition in Japan. Since then it's become something of a staple in pantries across Japan and Hawaii.

We've created an all-natural, umami-packed, local Furikake that will boost the flavour and nutritional benefit of everyday foods. We've used roasted white sesame seeds, dried Victorian kelp, black sesame seeds, soy miso powder, ground pumpkin seeds and raw sugar. Delicious on rice, eggs, avo, salads, tofu, fish, roast vegies, soups almost anything. Gluten free. (Note this is our recently updated, more savoury version. We've ditched the lemon myrtle and upped the sesame crunch).

Always store with lid on in a cool, dry place. Please recycle container with your other hard plastics.

Make friends with kelp. Good for you, me and the sea!

LOVE IT, Use it everyday!

The whole family love the Furikake, Kelp Salt and Chili Kelp. We use one of these most mornings on eggs etc depending on the flavor we are going for. I can also recommend the flash fried Wakame. We Bought the Box of tricks for friends this chrissy and everyone we gifted loves them. So awsome to see an aussie business growing a highly nutritious, delicious and sustainable food.

I was introduced to this brand through this phenomenal product, the right amount of umami, salt and flavour to make this product versatile for a multitude of uses. It’s also comforting to know that this is created and formulated in my backyard! (Mornington Peninsula!)

Furikake- good!!!

I think this is my 5th jar! It's so versatile, I love the Furikake on eggs, salads and soups, and tomatoes & feta on toast. I've purchased as gifts too. LOVE it!!
