We've created an all-natural, umami-packed, local Furikake that will boost the flavour and nutritional benefit of everyday foods.  Delicious on rice, eggs, avo, salads, tofu, fish, roast vegies, soups almost anything. We've used roasted white sesame seeds, dried Victorian kelp, black sesame seeds, miso powder, ground pumpkin seeds and raw sugar. Gluten free. (Note this is our recently updated, more savoury version. We've ditched the lemon myrtle and upped the sesame crunch).

Furikake was first developed in the early 1900's as a food sprinkle / topper to ward off calcium deficiency and malnutrition in Japan. Since then it's become something of a staple in pantries across Japan and Hawaii.

Always store with lid on in a cool, dry place. Please recycle container with your other hard plastics.
