We take food safety seriously. Our premises is registered for food processing with the Mornington Peninsula Shire and we test the water activity of all our products before packaging.  We ensure a water activity level below 0.6 — a threshold that prevents the growth of bacteria and moulds. Hence our products are absolutely shelf-stable, safe, and of the highest quality. Note you should always keep our products stored in a sealed container in a cool, dry place.
